We strive to accurately describe all products, including flavor, size, packaging, and appearance. However, freeze-dried items may vary due to the nature of the freeze-drying process.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store full card details.

Orders may be canceled by Auntie's Candies LLC for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Once an order is shipped, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

We are not responsible for:

  • Delayed, lost, or stolen packages

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Weather-related or carrier-related delays

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

 No, Because our products are food items:

 

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or credit is appropriate.
