Unfortunately we do not accept returns. *All sales are final
Freeze dried candy & fruits are perishable items and to be in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, Auntie's Candies LLC will not accept any returns.
*We will not be responsible for any misunderstandings, violations or failure to read our disclaimers & policies thoroughly.

Due to very strict Trademark and Copyright infringement laws, NO COMPANY or PERSON is allowed to use the original name of any candy purchased, which includes but is not limited to the mention of the original candy name online, advertising the original candy name, marketing the original candy name, or posting the original candy name and or original candy packaging on any social media platforms. In order to prevent consumer confusion, possible trademark infringement and to protect the Copyright and Trademark rights for each candy manufacture, Auntie's Candies LLC has an obligation to inform all potential customers of the following:
Auntie's Candies is in no way affiliated with, has a sponsorship, association or represents any candy manufactures in any manner whatsoever.
The Copyrights and Trademarks for these candies are exclusive to each manufacture and IS NOT owned or claim to be owned by Auntie's Candies LLC. No entity (person or company) is allowed to advertise or mention the original name for any candy purchased from Auntie's Candies.
The freeze dried candy sold by Auntie's Candies LLC IS NOT created by, or sold by the manufacturer of the actual candy. Deception on the source or origin is strictly prohibited.
The candy that is used to freeze dry are authentic candies however, once the candy has been freeze dried, the texture and sometimes the taste changes so, the candy sold on this site HAS BEEN MODIFIED by Auntie's Candies LLC.
If any candy is purchased from Aunties Candies LLC and the Copyrights and or Trademarks have been violated and legal action is taken, Auntie's Candies LLC will not be responsible in any way
Allergy Disclaimer
The health and well-being of all people is extremely important to Auntie's Candies LLC and because the items that we freeze dry are originally manufactured from other companies, we will never attempt to answer questions related to possible allergens that an item may or may not contain so, it's imperative that you research the product before you make a purchase. Auntie's Candies LLC will not be responsible if you have an allergic reaction to a product that you purchase so again, please do your research before purchasing any product.
Please note that although an item may not contain an allergen that causes an allergic reaction, the original manufacturer that produces the product may process the item in the same facility that processes something that does contain an allergen (i.e. dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, nuts, etc.).
